Course Overview

This course is designed to give parents a basic overview of the faith and a focused look at the sacraments their children are preparing to receive. Because parents are the primary catechists of their children, we want to ensure that you have all the resources you need to help in their formation of your children.

Begin with the overview of the sacraments, then watch the videos related to the sacraments your child will be receiving.

After watching those videos, parents are encouraged to watch “The Search” either on their own or with their children who are preparing for the sacraments. This will give parents an opportunity to talk about their faith with their children and play a larger role in their catechesis. After each episode, there are questions you can talk about as a family or reflect on your own.
