Family Honor

A Special Program for Parents and their 8th grade sons & daughters!
Family Honor, Inc. will be presenting “Real Love & Real Life”, a very special family program series for 8th grade boys and girls and their parents, at St. Francis of Assisi on Friday, April 18 from 7 – 9:15 p.m. and Saturday, April 19 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Families from Our Lady of Lourdes Church have been invited to attend this special program at St. Francis. The purpose of the “Real Love & Real Life” program is to explore God’s special gift of human sexuality and the beauty and wonder of growing up and becoming an adult. This program is grounded in Pope John Paul II’s Theology of the Body and taught in an age appropriate way.

Topics covered in the program include parent/child connectedness, male and female fertility and the sexual power to give life, peer pressure, learning self-control, maturing spiritually, emotionally, creatively and intellectually, and addressing the question: “What is Life For?”

Family Honor is a unique parenting program created over 20 years ago to help strengthen family life by teaching effective parent/child communication, with a special focus on chastity and God's awesome gift of fertility.

To register or to find out more about this program, call Christine Miesowicz at 847-8205 x242, or visit our website at www.stfrancisraleigh.org.

Space is limited. All interested persons must register by March 28th.
