The purpose of this web site is to provide information on perpetual adoration in general and particularly on the Holy Family Perpetual Adoration Chapel at Our Lady of Lourdes parish in Raleigh, NC. The FAQ sheet provides the answers to frequently asked questions about perpetual adoration. Esta pagina en Español tiene información sobre la perpetua adoración. 
For information on which hours need partners, refer to the Open Hours page.
If you'd like to participate in perpetual adoration, but are not sure of what to do during that hour, the Suggestions page offers a list of twenty-five suggestions. 
The Prayers sheet provides a few prayers that you may find helpful.
The Time Change sheet provides information that is useful twice a year, when we change back and forth between Eastern Standard Time and Eastern Daylight time. The Weather sheet provides some direction on what the coordinators do and what you can do in the case of severe weather.
