Cursillo (kur-see-yo) is a Spanish word literally meaning “short course”—a short course in Christianity. It begins on Thursday evening and ends the following Sunday. During these three days, those attending the Cursillo live and learn together, listening to talks given by clergy, other religious, and laity. They also share the Eucharist and pray together. Each talk is followed by a discussion period. For more information, contact, Marilyn Charlesworth, firstname.lastname@example.org, 919-839-0967.
